  • All pricing / payments are in INR.
  • The donations can be made by the purchaser, in his/her or organization’s name, towards ‘charity’, implies payments made to any Registered Charitable Organizations of your choice.
  • The copy of the donation receipt/s towards charity has to be mailed to art heart within fifteen days of the intimation / confirmation email from art heart.
  • The original receipt/s is to be preserved by the purchaser, as the tax benefits for the donation can be claimed by the purchaser, in accordance to the provisions of the Income Tax Act.
  • The donation amount excludes GST.
  • GST would be applicable only on the consideration paid for the painting, to art heart.
